Hard to put into words.

I appreciate leaders who led by example and arent afraid to dig in with their employees

Very supportive and go to bat for yhe staff.

They are largely considerate, supportive, trusting and very keen on leading with vision and communicating that with their teams.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Strategy, financial stewardship, leadership and management development

EVERYTHING its awful and we were def under paid

retaining employees paying employees their worth. come out of your million dollar office and see what is going on

I do mt know who to report to. Managers and assistants are not seen on my unit. Or on my shift. Communication of who is who.

Actually supplying employees with the resources to do their jobs safely and efficiently, less corner cutting and more input from people who actually work the floors and work with patients.

Actually caring about their people. Novant Health is more focused on growth that they have completely forgotten about the people that drive the mission.

Its always about the money. Never about the patient. Lazy clinical staff, untrained support staff, and FILTHY conditions. I work here, but will never bring my family here. Fresh new President seems nice, but the remaining leaders are out of touch!

LEADING the team rather than focusing on diversity hocus-pocus.

Managing. Seems like everyone can do whatever they want.

communication and listening to the employees, for this to be a magnet hospital, they don't listen to the nurses or the nursing staff.
