What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, great benefits, compensation is fair, would be great if they matched 401K soon but understand that is rare at a startup.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely hungry, smart, talented, and easy to talk too. They want each and every person at Nowsta to become the best versions of themselves and ensure the culture is team first
