Fast-paced, exciting environment. Never a dull moment. Generally very rewarding work.

We have a lot of remote workers but they go out of the way to make it feel like a family
There is no micromanaging, the management trust their staff to do what they are hired to do and make sure that they hire the best people to make that happen.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR is incredibly out of touch. Managers lie about promotions and raises.
