What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very fair. There have been some tough decisions they've had to make, but they've always been available to talk to us about them, and explain why they're making these decisions.

I think they are honest, and while they have had to make some changes, I do think they are doing as good as anyone can given the challenges we've had to overcome.

The leadership team is constantly working to improve and provide a great employee experience and communicate the health and direction of the company.

Leadership team has constant turnover and the infighting trickles down to the entire company.

Leadership fails at being leaders. There's a reason we can't keep a CFO, CRO, or CTO at all.

Direction for the company and product.

Constant disagreements between executive team. Lack of direction that impacts the entire company.

Leadership needs to present a clear, unified vision forward.
