Overall I've had a great time at Nowsta. There have definitely been some challenges that we've had to overcome as a company, but it's nonetheless been very rewarding work. I would describe it as a typical startup: fast-paced, exciting, at times chaotic, but worth it if you like hands-on work.

They are very fair. There have been some tough decisions they've had to make, but they've always been available to talk to us about them, and explain why they're making these decisions.

I think they are honest, and while they have had to make some changes, I do think they are doing as good as anyone can given the challenges we've had to overcome.

I got a really nice raise within my first few months here after delivering high KPIs. All paid benefits are also amazing!

Stock options are not given out unless you beg for them.

Laughable salary, no stock, no bonus - all this despite the fact we just fired 30% of the company and raised our series C.

Compensation is not competitive. Equity is unfairly distributed with many employees receiving no equity.
