What do you like best about the leadership team?

The new leaders seem experienced and are heading up the depts that need to change, so there's reason for hope.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work for a business OneTrust acquired, and my team mates are stellar. Supportive, smart extra-milers. The OT employees I've met seem demotivated, limited, frustrated and unhappy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As it's a growing company, there's often room to do things above your experience level. So there are chances for people to grow if they are willing to risk a little.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There's no evidence that employees matter to the execs; they're disposable. See it in the dreadful maternity cover, feel it in the lack of culture, openness, transparency and respect. See middle management get defensive and behave unethically, it's top to bottom a bad place to work.
