Team changed a lot over time, but generally speaking coworkers were good people who worked hard,

The people who I work with in customer facing roles are all very intelligent however like me were sold on a dream for earning potential and more imporant DE & I. Culture lacks focus of importance of team success instead it is for only a few due to the luck of an alphabetic letter as your territory.
