Been here @ onetrust since 2016, one of the best companies I worked for in my career.
Review from Engineering Dept
The new leaders seem experienced and are heading up the depts that need to change, so there's reason for hope.
Leadership lacks a clear direction
They help and motivate us to do more each day
Easily reachable and very realistic
Hard working , supportive and knowledgeable about the industry
Organisational structure. Get rid of the internal politics.
Instead of spending millions at events, tradeshows, and marketing projects - promote and reward employees that are putting in the work to make the company run successfully.
Everything! Leadership is a group of arrogant, self absorbed, self-centered elitist's
Empathy and investing in people
they need to take care of people
Review from Engineering Dept
health care with multiple dependents
The base pay is fair
bonus they offered is fully paid
Bonus awarded for employees of OneTrust
Commissions are strong and fair
There's no evidence that employees matter to the execs; they're disposable. See it in the dreadful maternity cover, feel it in the lack of culture, openness, transparency and respect. See middle management get defensive and behave unethically, it's top to bottom a bad place to work.
With the amount of work everyone is accountable for and perform week over week, they do not pay industry average and also do not try to compensate with stock options. It's a place that promotes mediocre treatment of employees.
Compensation hasn't increased in two years - yet my list of responsibilities has grown significantly. When asked about annual increases - leadership will tell you the process is delayed indefinitely.
Leadership undervalues and over works all employees
Too many hours demanded for the low compensation. Irrelevant certifications required as part of the job.
Highly collaborative, reachable, and agile.
Review from Engineering Dept
I work for a business OneTrust acquired, and my team mates are stellar. Supportive, smart extra-milers. The OT employees I've met seem demotivated, limited, frustrated and unhappy.
We treat them as friends
Working with smart, talented people.
Engaging team that I can learn from
Respect block calendars and times
All the product team people are not executioners, everything get's delayed without any target in sight.
Company fosters a culture of bullying, leadership pits employees against each other
The growth phase, customer focused.
Review from Engineering Dept
As it's a growing company, there's often room to do things above your experience level. So there are chances for people to grow if they are willing to risk a little.
Team lets you do your work
Everyones young and spiffy and customer focussed.
Nice teammates and nice leaders
There is no company culture, all of the employees have been hired and fired in the last two years. This organization needs to be dissolved into a bigger group if any culture could be developed.
All leadership would need to be changed, culture is managed from the top down starting with the C-Level leadership
Acknowledge a successful company means successful employees. Develop sales territories or assignment of leads that is equal to allow accurate performance and capability among Sales. Hold trams supporting sales accountable for quality support that is tied directly to revenue. Make DE&I real!
Expected to work endless hours
it was fairly quick process
they service optional information that present cooperative ideas
It was fine, they interviewed me for one team and put me on another
Straight forward and clear expectations
They allow us to express ourself on any interested topics for the presentation skill test.
Yes they need to hire good candidates
Interview with the person you will be reporting to.
my simple maintenance of the hold server and capaic
Nothing makes me happy about OneTrust, they are a nightmare and a regret in my career.
Our colleages and task given
Great product and akwaya learning
Good Environment, good colleague, best benefit, PTO & Stock Options
Appreciate your employees, and invest in them
They are not compliant with EU laws
Vote the CEO off and get someone with more experience with leading
Atleast give job security to employees
Better leaders and managers. They lack empathy
