Organisational structure. Get rid of the internal politics.

Instead of spending millions at events, tradeshows, and marketing projects - promote and reward employees that are putting in the work to make the company run successfully.

CEO is unresponsive. Cusses at customers. Sleeps in the office. Had frequently yelled at employees in the middle of the office floor.
