Chaotic. For a company as old as it is there is still a ton of room for process improvement. We have been unable or unwilling to consolidate to a single case management software system between the two bigger BU's and I fully expect that will be the case when the next exec team comes in as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based upon the average salaries I see listed for my role in the org for listings in the region I am underpaid by at least $10k
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work life balance needs work. How can the org improve the experience of an employee? Cut our hours, raise our pay, pay for our benefits as opposed to passing the cost onto us, give us employees a stake in the org. Move us away from just here for the paycheck and into a partnership role.
