not fun, engaging, fulfilling, inviting. it's demoralizing that we are clearly overworked, underappreciated. i've never felt comfortable working here or speaking with management. we speaking with lawyers, doctors, business owners, government, police. and are paid less than those flipping burgers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we quite literally make less than the ppl working at del taco down the street.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is no culture. seriously please explain where this idea of culture is. I kind of assume the culture is being underpaid and over worked the environment is uninviting. were supposed to just sit here and be quiet.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
nobody asks questions because we are made to feel beyond stupid for asking it than 3 months go by you never learned how to do the "thing." and now your far to uncomfortable to ask for help. no one appreciates being made to feel less than
What are some of the best things about your team?
nothing really its kind of a joke to suggest we interact with one another were just supposed to be quiet. we are even told in the begging not to ask anyone for help and later were told not to help ppl that are new. they do howere ask we welcome them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we are underpaid, and when I say this, I mean the del taco down the street pays their workers better. feels like were in detention unable to look at our phones 8 hours a day to be underpaid. unless they need us to use our phones and then its ok and i do not remember getting paid to use mine ever.
