Having worked at a couple of different departments and getting to know the employees and departments on my own keeps me positive at this company. I have to initiate to know the employees and departments. We are not introduced to some departments even though we all work cyclical with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely and support system from some employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive benefits and pay scale will make any employee feel better including myself
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Continuous encouragement and supportiveness and some form of treats always make any human being feel motivated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some personalities cannot be improved especially if those employees have been there as veteran or senior employees. More supportive and less strong criticisms, but not everyone needs major improvement in attitudes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I admire some of management positive attitude towards employees, but as a company, it still does not reflect towards each person in general. It just seems people just come in to get a paycheck and continue to be open minded about seeking employment elsewhere. People seem respectful of each other.
