Being more considerate of others and respecting other people work style
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently, that we are able to work from home and on our own schedule. I appreciate that the company wants to give back to the community but I think we have gotten away from that recently.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I thrive in a fast paced work environment. Phone and web leads are usually hours apart so there is a lot of waiting. When I do try to fill the day up by making tons of calls it rarely pays off because they are picked over already and the phone system now is a headache for outbound calls
