What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to my clients while at home and feeling comfortable and safe in my surrounding. Listening to the needs of a stressed out client and offering solutions and taking personal approach that work WFH has given me. Hearing the client say ,they appreciate me and that they feel hopeful now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to work form home and if we want to be social they offer plenty of offsite events if you so choose. Not everyone needs to be around large groups or feels stimulated, so the options are there for extroverts and introverts who's energy can be depleted from social events.
