Very help, and considerate. The leads are there for me, and my team to help us all grow. They help us where help is needed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HIGHER PAY!! I don’t think we are paid fairly at all. Our pay does not match our work. We do a whole lot for such little pay, whereas fast food workers make more. The cost of living has gone up
