Most people are alright I suppose. It's just really disheartening to come to work and have one of your coworkers already angry at another coworker just because the first coworker doesn't like how the second coworker does their job. Maybe stop letting big egos stomp around.

Getting to go home at the end of the day.

My pay rate is a little low. A raise would make me feel better about my compensation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think management needs to stop letting certain associates be blatantly rude and disrespectful just because they're a top performer.
