What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand the volume does not equal more money. It cause strain on equipment. Person can only work so hard without getting injured. That instead of going 115 % volume slow down to 95% . You get more in the bag in the box and out the door.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never any thank you for doing a great days work. Always short of employees. Staying.over or coming in 4 hour more for a total of 12 hour. Continues to keep person who cause friction and hostel work environment. After numerous documented complaints on graveyard shift.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are a great co workes. Doing above what is in their job description. Have complained to management numerous times. With no or little changed for the better.
