Never any thank you for doing a great days work. Always short of employees. Staying.over or coming in 4 hour more for a total of 12 hour. Continues to keep person who cause friction and hostel work environment. After numerous documented complaints on graveyard shift.
They are a great co workes. Doing above what is in their job description. Have complained to management numerous times. With no or little changed for the better.
