What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager was very clear about what to expect when joining. It was clear that Orion is trying to do things the right way and is hiring for people who know what "good" looks like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very concerned about the well being of the individual employees. They make sure that individuals are free and safe to say what needs to be said, express their opinions, and ask questions. You can feel comfortable reporting problems, even if you caused them.
