My leadership team needs to improve communication
I like to work here. I am thinking about leaving the company because of the basic salary. Competitors offer better pay. Average pay is not eight hours a day.
We sometimes feel we are not taken seriously when we address what we feel is a better way to do certain things. There is one way and that is the only way ( The Otis way).
