Holding people accountable, and giving opportunities to people who are related to other employees. Honesty wouldn't hurt either

Communication!!!! They do not communicate, to the customers, with each other and with their employees

Ditch chain of command philosophy

Need to have a rewards program to keep employees motivated. Leadership needs to provide honest feedback to the employees. They need to set priorities and not expect dozens of items to get completed in a short time.

Communication, accountability, responsibility, learning how the business operates

Improve their ideas, speak to the field staff and visit customers

Practice customer card and stop neglecting the equipment by being understaffed

Merit based promotions and you mprovements in elevator technology
