The benefits and pay at the company are what keeps me here. I am worked very hard with next to no down time. My manager makes it extremely difficult to take time off and they themselves don't put in less than 12 hours per day. They set an incredibly high standard of work most can't meet or achieve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they include me and appreciate suggestions or ideas that I contribute.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k company contributions are excellent. Bonuses are fantastic here. The health benefits are amazing. All benefits we have here are unmatched.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The building is wonderfully clean, climate controlled and an extremely comfortable work environment. Creating an environment that keeps employees happy and productive is one of the primary focuses at OWC.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to problem solve and help out in multiple different situations. I think doing research and figuring out solutions to problems is the most rewarding part of the job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could push a little harder at times. They can be very selfish and not open to discussion or suggestions about problems. They can be stubborn at times and they don't take criticism well at all.
