My experiences have been wonderful. I have been given great opportunities for advancement. I have been invited to some very important company decision meetings to help grow the company. I have been able to share my insights on many occasions. However, I had to put in hard work to get when I am today
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase my pay. My performance and dedication to the company should mean something to the Executive Management.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to make a difference and help better the company everyday. I sincerely care about the people and the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My Co-workers need to show up to work. Calling out every Monday and Friday or multiple times in the week has become the norm. They need to be held accountable for they actions and decisions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are a hand full of managers, supervisors, and co-workers that do care and want to make a change. Those individual make coming to work fun. They bring the joy into the work place. However there are still too many bad seeds that take the joy out of the environment.
