Most experience is the learning process and the fact that there is always something new comping out at palm beach and the upper management is always willing to teach you knew ways to sell it but they teach you about it first and have samples first

Work together the stores work together. a lot of the managers work together

The incentives and games that are played throughout the company and the commisson

Easy questions, asked about me and then went over what the company expected
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do I feel if I am acting store manager I should be paid as a store manager not the asst manager pay rate
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my clients and the area that I work in. I love the atmosphere of my store. I love tanning and I love what I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As far as the DM Kristen Beasley she appointed me acting store manager but I am officially hired as asst store manager and not getting the pay increase. Also she overrides every decision that I make with the employees at my store
