If the BC's got paid more. I really enjoy the tanning world and the customers I get to see everyday.

They mess up my past check and take money out when people cancel before 30 days even though it is not a requiem for customers
I only offered to stay a couple extra weeks because they don't have any employees. Just to be used and disposed of the Day before my two weeks were up.

My co workers were great amazing people.
We all care about one another
all the girls are sweet. But they are all very fake.
We all pitch is to help each other(bc's and manager) we all get along well

Professionalism, communication, work-ethic, adhereing to policy
There's no structure outline of examples or guidelines
weekly or monthly meetings would be great. training meetings would be helpful
Compassion, empathy, understanding, no micromanaging, the list is lengthy
They need the same training. Everyone has veen trained on how to do something differently- no one is on the same page

I love our customers and the location.

Upper management to listen to claims submitted by employees
Managers and or district managers actually attending to employees complaints .

A better area manager that understands people
Training for sure!! Managers interaction with employees District managers listening to all parties when there is an issue, rather tjsn just listening to one party Work on finding solutions rather than taking sides.

It's easy to maintain and keeps me busy.
Regular customers make me the happiest, they're the reason I've stayed in this job for so long. As soon as I see a regular come in, I get extremely happy knowing I won't have to deal with a potentially negative or disrespectful client.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If they care about work life balance for employees and how they feel, a lot could be improved.
The amount of work and disrespect. For $9/hour. $12.50/hour for an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Definitely needs a change in management.
