What makes you most happy at work?
It's easy to maintain and keeps me busy.
Regular customers make me the happiest, they're the reason I've stayed in this job for so long. As soon as I see a regular come in, I get extremely happy knowing I won't have to deal with a potentially negative or disrespectful client.

I love my clients and the area that I work in. I love the atmosphere of my store. I love tanning and I love what I do

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If they care about work life balance for employees and how they feel, a lot could be improved.
The amount of work and disrespect. For $9/hour. $12.50/hour for an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Definitely needs a change in management.
Pay needs to improve drastically
