What makes you most happy at work?
It's easy to maintain and keeps me busy.
Regular customers make me the happiest, they're the reason I've stayed in this job for so long. As soon as I see a regular come in, I get extremely happy knowing I won't have to deal with a potentially negative or disrespectful client.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
a lot of things, I believed they need many changes on many different things
I feel customers are appreciated just as much as employees i feel they are looked at only as money and we as employees are just numbers . There is no personal feeling of worth

If they care about work life balance for employees and how they feel, a lot could be improved.
The amount of work and disrespect. For $9/hour. $12.50/hour for an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Definitely needs a change in management.
Pay needs to improve drastically
