As far as the DM Kristen Beasley she appointed me acting store manager but I am officially hired as asst store manager and not getting the pay increase. Also she overrides every decision that I make with the employees at my store
That I was in leadership role and I knew how to get things done and push numbers. I hold everyone accountable.

Caring about the people who work for them.
Listening to their employees and holding upper management accountable for there actions
stop the drama happening in the stores..
Honesty to the employees. Do not try to force someone out while hiring someone the next week. Poor character on manger and company.
