meeting clients, and helping them.
I love the customers they are from all walks of life and have stories and values and its a breath of freah air getting to know the people in the salon every day and why they come it. Its the best part of my day

Managers and or district managers actually attending to employees complaints .

Training for sure!! Managers interaction with employees District managers listening to all parties when there is an issue, rather tjsn just listening to one party Work on finding solutions rather than taking sides.
Less negativity, realistic expectations, less fear
HR needs to be replaced with someone who actually cares.
