I had a great experience until they brought an ASM from other store. She constantly bullys BC's and doesnt do and cleaning duties her whole shift. She talks behind our backs all the time and tries to blame it on the BC's. Im happy when I get to work by myself in the morning.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my favorite regulars everyday and some employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers and or district managers actually attending to employees complaints .
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager is AMAZING. She asked very good questions and made it easy

We all pitch is to help each other(bc's and manager) we all get along well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the BC's got paid more. I really enjoy the tanning world and the customers I get to see everyday.
