Great company culture. We have grown a lot over the years and things change as a result, however, the core values remain the same. Great benefits! Our medical plan is top notch. Lots of paid time off. Loads of other benefits I don't need like parental leave, tuition reimbursement, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Almost everyone at Paylocity receives restricted stock. The pay is fair although everyone always wants more. The benefits are very good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are amazing. We have smart, caring folks who want to do well for each other and our clients. No one is perfect but everyone tries.
