Stop taking 20-30% raises year after year but in 6 years I have never seen a cost of living increase of pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living increases in pay. Also, during Covid paylocity suspended the 401k match and bonuses but the company still grew by 40% YOY. So the C-Suite all got their bonuses

I love that everyone I work with has our client's best interest at heart. This organization's priority is to do what is best for our clients and does not try to force them into any box's or to do things "our way."

The implementation and service teams have been taking on more and more work with very low pay. The squeeze on these departments are likely to help the share holders feel better but clients are feeling the pain
