What are some of the best things about your team?

Great people that work really hard to make the best of a tough situation

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop giving so many raises to executives while lowering spending on front line workers

What did you like most about the interview process?

Getting the chance to speak with multiple leaders to get more than one perspective on the job.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop taking 20-30% raises year after year but in 6 years I have never seen a cost of living increase of pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Cost of living increases in pay. Also, during Covid paylocity suspended the 401k match and bonuses but the company still grew by 40% YOY. So the C-Suite all got their bonuses

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The implementation and service teams have been taking on more and more work with very low pay. The squeeze on these departments are likely to help the share holders feel better but clients are feeling the pain
