I've had a positive experience where I've gotten to learn a lot in the field I studied, and was offered the opportunity to take my career in a direction that I never thought possible. What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the flexible or unlimited PTO. The policy encourages me to not feel bad about taking time off, as opposed to saving it for a "rainy day" in the past, and to do so when possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
(I'm assuming this is referring to coworkers and not the team a manager oversees.) My coworkers are eager to help, ask for help, explain things that someone may not know, and, overall, emphasize collaboration. I've been part of multiple teams at Pearce and always worked with great people every time
