There is a "no jerks" policy. People treat others with respect and really want to hear what people have to say. Decisions are very democratic.

I feel they are very inclusive and ever person's opinion counts and they really want to hear what you have to say. They also do everything they can to promote everyone's entrepreneurial spirit.
