This is my second go around at Pearce. My biggest regret was not fighting to stay during my first tenure. I honestly trusted Pearce & thought that I would never work anywhere else again. Sadly, that didn't happen, but I am happy & thankful to be back. I am once again a proud member of Pearce Service
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish something great ! Or getting positive feedback from our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are TRULY a team. We cover for each other, assist each other. We function as a team and that environment is encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know my supervisor has my back and that, if I mess up, he will understand & we will put that behind us & move forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only the insurance, but they also offer pet insurance. Pearce goes above & beyond to assure employees can concentrate on their jobs and not have to worry about the everyday distractions that occur.
