My co-workers are truly fun and hard-working people. We work a lot, but there is always time for laughter and personal connection about our lives outside of the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture recognizes we are all human. We are not perfect and people make mistakes sometimes. There is understanding for that, but also a push towards being more excellent always. It's motivating, not shaming.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PeerStreet offers flexible compensation packages depending on how much you want to be allocated to your salary or stock options. It makes sense to give your employees the opportunity to choose what is right for them based on their individual circumstances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very open to feedback from anywhere in the company, from the bottom up. They don't believe that only people with seniority should have a voice. They recognize people fairly across all positions and they go out of their way to connect with everyone in the organization.
