Treat your employees equally. Hire a better manager instead of moving up a seasoned employee without enough experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone at the company works very hard and commits a lot of time and energy to our work. It would be great if the company matched our 401(K) contributions. We are an alternative investment company and help others invest, so I think we all value the importance of investing in our futures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like to have fun, but we can expect that all of our coworkers are pitching in to work hard and get the job done.

Our team is incredibly collaborative and we always support each other. Whenever someone makes a mistake, we all rally around them to pick them back up and help resolve things as quickly as we can. We also have a lot of fun - whether that is practical jokes, happy hours, or simply grabbing lunch
