My team works together really well, and we have a lot of respect for each other.

I am most happy at work when I am helping to improve processes and solve problems. There is a huge amount of freedom of ideas at PeerStreet.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Having a free option for health insurance is incredible! Also having unlimited PTO is also a relief when starting at a new organization and still getting in some quality vacation time.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

PeerStreet's leadership team is smart, dedicated, and transparent. They are industry experts who are excited to disrupt the status quo. I feel confident in my leadership teams ability to take the organization to the next level.
