Q&A With PeerStreet Employees

Our culture is the new industry standard Come experience how we put our people first by supporting them to flourish professionally and work in an environment with seriously positive energy.

How employees describe working at PeerStreet

A team of hard-working, enthusiastic people excited about transforming the industry.

Overall this has been one of the better places to work that I've been at. It's much better than a huge impersonal firm where you are just a cog in a machine, but it's also more professional than a small shop of 10 or less people where personal relationships can distract from getting business done.

Review from Operations Dept

Overall, I've really enjoyed working at PeerStreet. The team works hard but is respectful, and there is a sense of comraderie between coworkers. There is room for growth in terms of position, but more importantly in terms of knowledge gained.

Review from Operations Dept

For me this has been a passion project!

Review from Marketing Dept

Really solid. I've grown a lot, learned a lot, and continue to be challenged.
