Overall this has been one of the better places to work that I've been at. It's much better than a huge impersonal firm where you are just a cog in a machine, but it's also more professional than a small shop of 10 or less people where personal relationships can distract from getting business done.

Overall, I've really enjoyed working at PeerStreet. The team works hard but is respectful, and there is a sense of comraderie between coworkers. There is room for growth in terms of position, but more importantly in terms of knowledge gained.

As we are working in a startup, there are a lot of hours spent in the office to get the business to where we strive to be. We try to balance this with work events as well as an understanding that people have lives and families outside of the office.

Yes. There are a handful of employees who work remotely across the US as well as overseas.
