My base salary as a sales person is very high

I got a beer with the founder. We were still very young at the time, and the interview process has evolved since then.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you want it, you can get it. This company does not try to hold back employees. IF you are good, and you are driven, you will have opportunities to excel.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their personalities for starters! All of them are great people, and always go out of their way to say hello. They are also bright, caring, and constantly seeking feedback on how we could do better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is incredibly collaborative and we always support each other. Whenever someone makes a mistake, we all rally around them to pick them back up and help resolve things as quickly as we can. We also have a lot of fun - whether that is practical jokes, happy hours, or simply grabbing lunch
