What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team is made up of talented and amazing people. They really give us the freedom to own our projects and the space to grow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyone at the company works very hard and commits a lot of time and energy to our work. It would be great if the company matched our 401(K) contributions. We are an alternative investment company and help others invest, so I think we all value the importance of investing in our futures.
