What do you like best about the leadership team?
They encourage a strong sense of community and provide an incredibly strong vision for where the company is heading. Having come from a large fortune 50 where the leadership team didn't even engage with anyone outside of their peer group, Pega is a breath of fresh air.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the fact that they kept the interview focused on the role itself. Oftentimes in tech interviews, companies like to get "creative" in their questioning and inquire about topics that have no relevance to the job a person is interviewing for. Pega does not do this, which is to be admired.
