Recognise that all functions contribute to the bottom line, not just Sales. HR needs to have some accountability around the lack of morale and engagement.

CEO (founder) needs to step down to let the company scale at pace. HR needs a complete overhaul and be PEOPLE instead of PROCESS focused.
