Pega was great up to about 5 years ago, when reporting structures changed to reduce regional leadership. There have been high-profile exits and a noticeable gap in engagement locally as a result, especially outside of the U.S.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Recognise that all functions contribute to the bottom line, not just Sales. HR needs to have some accountability around the lack of morale and engagement.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
CEO (founder) needs to step down to let the company scale at pace. HR needs a complete overhaul and be PEOPLE instead of PROCESS focused.
