We aren't bureaucratic, I have the freedom to work the way I think will be most effective. As a company, I'm impressed with the R&D investment into our products. There is a lot of effort to improve and enhance the core of our products rather than only on new features

The confidence created by director is my happiest thing at my work, I can work freely under him, he will provide all suggestion and required guideline to handle the things under high pressure situations.
