Vision is single minded, there is no strategy of the day and our founder is 100% committed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The restricted share bonuses can be generous, but are not always under your control (what assignments you get can randomly pay off... or not).
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I joined more than 5 years ago, am sure things have changed. I had people not showing up for meetings and best available was not very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's trying to the right thing the right way usually. As is most often true, a few bad apples in middle management can make people turn competitive vs. collaborative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers are typically pretty good about getting the resources you need in the office, try to make sure you have a decent laptop and the Cambridge office is a nice place to be.
