What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership has been as candid and transparent as possible through the pandemic - monthly company calls with updates and bi weekly team calls with our function. Love our CHRO - she is very open to working with all levels on her team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews were conversational in nature - yet they were able to solicit the information they needed from me. The recruiter made it clear that they were looking for the right person for the role, but they also wanted me to have enough information so I could make the decision as well
