We're a highly operational company - place a lot of value on structure, expectations and responsibilities. Makes it a lot easier to collaborate virtually.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company dedicates time to holistic forums such as women in leadership, DE&I, Growth Days and In person meet ups now that social gatherings are safe and acceptable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Actively engaged with all employees and customers. Working hard to create forums for employees to connect during COVID. Putting a lot of effort into educating employees about the opportunities and challenges that come with a high growth company, very transparent and supportive.
