People.ai's leadership team is incredibly transparent, compared to other organization's I've worked at in the past. I feel they genuinely care about the team, and are leading the company in the right direction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
pto, solid equity, health benefits are great for both physical and mental health
The compensation package is the best
Fair market compensation, feel fairly compensated
It is just as competitive as the market.
Competitive base salary an great variable opportunity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the skill sets i possess, considering the bay area competition, the base as well as equity should be on the higher side. The leadership team need to understand there is no bonus, so joining a start up is a lot of risk. Less pay- puts an employee in difficult situation.

My team is very close, and although we hold each other to high standards, we treat each other with respect and work towards the best outcomes together.

for a fully remote company, you never feel like you are on an island. fully support from the team

I felt like it was thorough, they really got to know me.
Genuine and open individuals giving honest thoughts and opinions
The people I met during the interview process.
Interviewers were kind, transparent, and felt respected at every stage.
The fact that it covers different parts of skills and that it was aligned with common practise of big tech
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
People.ai is growing and as we grow the interview process continues to improve. However, mine was drawn out and difficult.
